Receive, inspect, and store subscribed material from various departments: Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, IT, and PMA offices.
1 Checking the quantity and condition of materials received and maintaining proper records
2 Establish accurate inventory stock requirements and conduct regular stock checks.
3 Organizing and leveling materials in the store according to proper categories so that they can be easily located.
4 Keeping the storage area clean, safe, and properly arranged
5 Coordinating the disposal, transfer, and storage process of absolutely damaged or obsolete material.
6 Following PMA policies, procedures, and safety standards
7 Assist management in the materials action process and complete required documentation.
8 Supporting listing verification and record checking of scribd items prior to action.
9 Maintaining proper documentation and tracking of the inward and outward movement of scrap material.
10 Regularly update store records and prepare reports as needed.
11 Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth receipt and transfer of scrap materials.
12 Bring any missing, damaged, or unaccounted for materials to the attention of management.
13 Preventing unauthorized access to the store and ensuring the security of materials
14 Performing additional duties and tasks assigned by management.
4 years Graduation / Master’s (16 years of education from HEC-recognized institute)
At least 3 years of post-qualification relevant experience
